IMI Acoustics, a division of Innovative Metal Industries, Inc. provides acoustical products for industrial applications have been in use since the early 1970’s with thousands of applications worldwide. The Oxel Spiral Silencer was originally developed and patented for use on large TEFC motors but quickly grew to include all types of blowers, compressors, vents and harsh environment applications.

Recent developments in the types of fabricated materials used and the inclusion of our unique panel systems has continued to expand the types of industrial installations we have been involved with. We have now installed on large numbers of particulate scrubber systems, high velocity steam applications, rotary positive displacement blowers, extreme velocity blow off and blow down applications, stack top and ground level exhausts, high temperature installations and acoustical enclosures for pumps and blowers.
