Transfer / Crosstalk Silencers

Due to demand from our customers, we designed the STS line of Oxel Transfer / Crosstalk Silencers. All STS models come standard with the high transmission loss casings to reduce “break-in” or “break-out” noise in secure, sensitive or controlled spaces. They are designed to work in a return plenum system but can be adapted to many other uses. STS Silencers provide improved noise control with reduced pressure drop as compared to other types of transfer / crosstalk silencer.

Installation is a snap for both new and existing (retrofit) installation. STS Silencer are dimensioned to be fit between standard stud bays for fast installation pre-wall finish. In retrofits, their square shape allows them to be “cut-in” to an existing wall and slid into place with little to no wall patch afterwards.
